This area of law is of particular interest for our younger lawyers. We represent children as well as parents, and also grand-parents when they are implicated in the case.
We cover the entire Abitibi-Témiscamingue region, as well as the Nord-du-Québec.
As in other areas of our practice, we accept legal aid cases for admissible clients. Our lawyers are trained in this area as soon as they are hired.
